On the afternoon of March 3, the pre-competition training of the 518 Science and Technology Innovation Gathering – Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was successfully held. The event was held to further improve scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship services, stimulate the enthusiasm of entrepreneurs for innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote enterprises to apply for the 2022 technology innovation funds for small and medium-sized technology-based companies. Under the guidance of Shanghai Lingang Innovation Center and the support of Lingang Investment Promotion Center, this training has special guests Jie Chen, Director of the Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center Innovation Fund. The event attracted more than 30 entrepreneurs inside and outside the park to participate.
Affected by the pandemic, the review mode of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition has been adjusted many times. Focusing on the key points and detailed rules of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, Mr. Jie Chen gave a detailed explanation of the competition, including the application qualifications, project selection and evaluation process, competition registration process, etc. He also gave a detailed introduction to the details that enterprises should pay attention to during the application process and put forward effective suggestions on how to better apply for this policy.
Since 2020, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition has had higher requirements for business plans. Mr. Yao Fu, a partner lawyer of Shanghai Guoling Law Firm, explained how to write each section of the project declaration. From project overview to product market analysis, from competitive advantage to business model, the content involved in the business plan is explained in detail.
In the interactive session of this gathering, not only did Mr. Jie Chen and Mr. Yao Fu answer the questions raised by enterprises at the event, but also Mr. Lanbing He and Mr. Jingyi Sun of Lingang Investment Promotion Center, who answered questions concerning talent settlement, building subsidies and other policies.
Through this training, the participating companies expressed that they now have a clear understanding of the entrepreneurship and innovation project policy and said that they will seriously study the application conditions in the future, and from now on, make preparations for the application of relevant companies to improve the quality and success rate of the project.
