The design vision is “POD (Park Guided Development) + TOD (The design strategy of “Traffic Guided Development) + VOD (Vitality Guided Development).” It draws inspiration from Ma Yuan’s “Twelve Waters Map” and presents different forms of water elements through different design languages and creates rich paths with themes.
The design highlights the city as a set-up of a hub to connect various blocks. The underground space is integrated with the overall development of the subway station.

Aiming to create a “world-class tourist destination, smart ecological and livable new city”, this project learns from the three-dimensional development model of Hong Kong’s Kowloon Station super transportation hub city. The design is a super green platform to integrate various areas.
The design elaborately create a distinctive fishbone-shaped central sky garden, which serves as a regional activity center to efficiently connect the surrounding areas.

With the goal of building “a world-class urban spiritual gateway, an efficient and complex three-dimensional hub, a demonstration area that leads urban development, and a distinctive regional landmark”, this design emphasizes transformation, convergence, and extension, and increases street interfaces through the axis of rotation to form a continuous landscape. The flow of people leads to the destination, and the axis extends through the grid, connecting various blocks to perfect the spatial context.
The design connects the vibrant space of street squares with multiple axes and multiple cores and sets up a cross bridge across Lingang Avenue to optimize the spatial scale of the avenue and shape the Lingang “High Line Park.” It arranges multi-level underground traffic and commercial loops. The design improves space efficiency and quality; a multi-dimensional landscape system forms a “check-in point” for a rich tour experience.

This design aims to build an iconic gateway city for international cultural tourism and leisure. It organizes a three-dimensional traffic structure based on the concept of TOD station and city integration, three-dimensional composite, and pedestrian priority, to create a multi-level and pedestrian friendly city. The plan adopts a highly functional, TOD-oriented traffic design, a city landscape connected to a blue-green network, a three-dimensional urban space planning and a phased development plan.
It designs the central plaza of the TOD station city block to shape the image of an international benchmark city gateway. Pay attention to the pedestrian-friendly open space on the ground.
