On June 26, the “One Belt One Road” Global Sustainable Development Forum hosted by the Chinese and Foreign News Agency and the Global Sustainable Development Forum Organizing Committee was held at the World Craftsmanship Industry Expo Park. There were ambassadors from more than 20 countries and more than 100 Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs present. Global Cross-Border Technology Exchange Research Institute was invited to participate as a partner.
The Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to China Dusan Bella and other four guests delivered speeches respectively on the theme of “One Belt One Road” and global sustainable development. After that, enter the guest dialogue session which was chaired by the Deputy Director of the UN Bureau of International Cooperation and Coordination. Participants included Wei Yan, President of the Chinese and Foreign News Agency, Zhang Qihua, Executive Chairman of the Global Forum on Sustainable Development, and diplomats from 15 countries including Togo, Nepal, Tajikistan, Pakistan, and Cuba. The participants talked about how they can use their own advantages to promote global sustainable development, hoping to use Shanghai’s advantages to promote cooperation between China and other countries in various fields of the “Belt and Road”.
In the interaction and off-site exchanges after the dialogue session, Hua Yang, President of the Global Cross-Border Technology Exchange Research Institute, highlighted Lingang Innovation Center to Chinese and foreign guests. He said that the Lingang Special Area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone is a hot spot for the future development of Shanghai.Lingang Innovation Center is an important part of Lingang Special Area, based on technology, technological innovation, and industry incubation, it provides the best method for technology companies to settle in Lingang. Lingang Innovation Center is responsible for the construction of a global cross-border technology trade center and offshore incubator, and it is also obligatory to serve the construction of the “Belt and Road”. The Global Cross-Border Technology Exchange Research Institute is the link of cross-border technology trade and a platform for corporate investment and entrepreneurship. The forum activities gave us the opportunity to jointly look forward to the “Belt and Road” and the bright future of global sustainable development. All diplomats are invited to visit Lingang and all entrepreneurs are invited to come to Lingang to invest in science and technology innovation.
